Summary Of Position

The Client Partner supports the business through the development, management, and execution of strategic and tactical account management practices of the organization’s Top-20 strategic account(s). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of IT services and Banking industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in client relationship management.


  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth.
  • Own End to end sales process for identified opportunity pursuits; Facilitate proposal management activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Engage and manage clients at appropriate levels, including senior technology and business executives to drive and execute the farming / mining strategy for the account.
  • Understand firm’s service offerings and applicability to the account and collaborate with internal teams to propose and deliver effective solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining company objectives.
  • Support marketing team in crafting practical, effective, and efficient experiences for our customers.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and feedback sessions to monitor performance and address concerns.


  • Candidate should have prior client services experience in Banking and Financial services industry.
  • Candidate should be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
  • Willingness to be physically present in the client offices at least 3 days a week.
  • Prior experience managing relationships at large Banking clients, with a history of consistent QoQ revenue and margin growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with CXO level leadership.
  • Experience of large project deals, and working in an onsite / offshore model
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill. Ability to work with multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to influence decision making and work across executive and operational levels on IT and Business side.
