  • 8-10 years of ServiceNow Asset Management and relevant implementation experience.
  • Mandatory – Service Now development experience with hands on experience on Customer Service Management - CSM.
  • Design, Develop and implement in Service Now CSM. Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development. Create and maintain ATFs
  • Strong understanding of the core ITSM applications within ServiceNow along with enough understanding of the range of offered applications to speak intelligently to their use
  • 4+ experince in Java(SQL, HTML, CSS, XML) ability to write JavaScript code that is easy to read, follows standards with extensibility and reuse in mind.
  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, http, etc.)
  • Experience of implementing the Service Portal on ServiceNow
