8-10 years of ServiceNow Asset Management and relevant implementation experience.
Mandatory – Service Now development experience with hands on experience on Customer Service Management - CSM.
Design, Develop and implement in Service Now CSM. Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development. Create and maintain ATFs
Strong understanding of the core ITSM applications within ServiceNow along with enough understanding of the range of offered applications to speak intelligently to their use
4+ experince in Java(SQL, HTML, CSS, XML) ability to write JavaScript code that is easy to read, follows standards with extensibility and reuse in mind.
Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, http, etc.)
Experience of implementing the Service Portal on ServiceNow
