Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a math or science related area
8+ plus years of Technology Business Analysis experience
Must have CRM experience (preferably Dynamic)
Experience working with software deployment in some capacity
Experience in documenting detailed functional requirements
Experience writing user tip sheets and instructions
Good understanding of technology
Strong Microsoft excel or similar tools experience
Experience developing complex base and table structures using Airtable
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams
Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to apply technology solutions to solve business problems
Highest level of ownership, accountability and integrity
High level of curiosity, engagement and be willing to go the extra mile to accomplish your goals
