We are looking for a skilled Product Owner with healthcare domain expertise to lead the development of innovative healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-impact products that improve patient care, streamline provider workflows, and support compliance with healthcare regulations.
Define and prioritize product backlog based on business and user needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features.
Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
Work with development, QA, and UX teams to deliver high-quality features.
Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback.
10+ years of IT experience, 4+ years as a Product Owner.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven experience in healthcare domain (clinical systems, EHR/EMR, payer/provider platforms, etc.).
Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements.
