Software Designing, Programming, scripting, analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting, PRPC, Pega Software Designing, Programming, Object oriented concepts, Database concepts,Pega,PRPC Provide deep technical oversight and technical guidance to the entire program including client's technical and business team members becoming their trusted advisor Make recommendations and actively lead in making key architecture/design decisions across all projects where applicable Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base Actively participate in Business value assessment and business requirements elaboration phases Actively participate in the requirements, design and construction phases; to lead to successful delivery of the project Actively lead complex design and be a key anchor on the design of PRPC implementation projects Review the designs developed by clients or other parties as well Ensure that systems are built for change, scalable, reusable Able to plan and lead the execution of PPRC implementation projects Possess strong PRPC knowledge in all features from every release and should be guiding all the team members technically Facilitate knowledge transfer of PRPC functionality and other frameworks/application functionality knowledge Monitor the key result areas and metrics on the project Educate and govern the customers on PPPC implementation methodologies and educate customers on PRPC solutions spectrum Should continuously identify other key areas of customers where PRPC can help as solution provider platform Build strong relationship and influence on team members and Drives knowledge transfer to customer team 9+ years of IT experience with n-tier, database and client server design/development 8+ years experience in design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions, including leadership role in design to develop shared/reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega Process Rules Commander 2+ years experience with PRPC v8.x with experience in new Pega capabilities Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles Previous experience as a lead architect on multiple large-scale product or enterprise designs Experience in client side technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS Experience in Web technologies including Servlets, JSP, and XML. Should have hands on experience in developing web applications BS/BTech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Pega Certified Systems Architect, Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect, Pega Certified Lead Systems Architect, Pega Certified Methodologies Black Belt Expertise understanding of Relational Database Management Systems including architecting and designing for performance and scalability and working with Object to Relational Mapping schemes for distributed data access Excellent understanding of key features of PRPC and core frameworks Excellent knowledge of and ability to apply Object-Oriented techniques and principles Excellent skills in any of the RDBMS tools like Oracle, MSSQL, DB2 or Sybase. Should be proficient in SQL commands Excellent consulting skills including strong presentation skills Relevant experience in healthcare domain
