JOB DESCRIPTION
· Skill: Cloud Squad Leader
· Role / Tier: 0
Responsibilities:
· Own all aspects of Cloud Migration digital offerings. Accountable for driving growth of market share, order bookings, and scale across Portfolio. Manage team of offering leader and architects focused on cloud lift & shift, cloud security, migration advisory, and cloud economics/ROI with a strong expertise in overall cloud transformation strategies.
· Drive IP/ accelerator development for the Squad
· Proactively shape deals including large, transformational deals
· Act as the offering POC for Sales/ SBU Chief Architects, qualify deals and allocate Squad capacity for deal solutioning/ pursuit.
· End-to-end management of deal solutioning
· Manage talent agenda squad – sourcing, allocation, capacity mgmt., and coaching.
· Work with Alliances team to participate in joint solution development and go-to market coordination for cross-vertical flagship
· Orchestrate Squad support for early-stage delivery setup/ troubleshooting support
· Participate in regular governance for delivery assurance.
· Drive analyst engagement and thought leadership/ publications
Qualifications:
This position requires a minimum of a US Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems or related fields of study such as information technology, computer engineering, electrical, electronics and or communications engineering, or the academic equivalent obtained through a combination of education and experience.
