The candidate should have Unqork preferably Professional configurator certification and preferably Expert configurator certification.
Has worked on Unqork Applications for at least 5 to 7 years.
Solid fundamentals in Object Oriented concepts.
Good knowledge experience in using Unqork debugging tools and Ability to identify and debug any issues identified
Having insurance domain knowledge is proffered
Should be able to lead a offshore team and should have client facing skills
The candidate has to work with Unqork architects and BAs and understand the requirements and making the configuration changes, unit test and support SIT/UAT/Production also get the work done by the team and guide them
