Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring technology solutions meet business needs and goals. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop roadmaps for implementing solutions, which can include new products, technologies, or process enhancements.
Present information to key stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and communicate business needs and performance across departments. Develop, maintain, and enforce business architecture principles and standards across the organization.
Experience with enterprise architecture, business modeling, and process mapping. Familiarity with specific tools may be required depending on the role. Ability to analyze complex systems, identify issues, and develop strategic solutions. Strong skills in written, verbal, and presentation-based communication to work effectively with business leaders and technical teams. Deep understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans. Typically requires a minimum of 15+ years of experience in planning and analysis, with experience across different business sectors.
