Job description
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Enterprise Architect with a strong background in Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce, along with deep expertise in healthcare enterprise architecture and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will lead full-cycle architecture assessments, design scalable and secure solutions, and drive the healthcare client's digital transformation initiatives. Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), especially Athena, is highly preferred.
This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on architecture across enterprise automation, Salesforce platforms, and healthcare workflows, focusing on delivering measurable business value and aligning technology solutions with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead stakeholder workshops to capture detailed business and technical requirements.
Design future-state architectures covering applications, data, security, integration, and governance.
Develop transformation roadmaps and solution blueprints tailored to healthcare provider needs.
Support platform evaluations and tool selection decisions (build vs. buy), including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Collaborate closely with business and technology leadership to ensure solution alignment and measurable outcomes.
Provide guidance on healthcare enterprise architecture best practices and digital transformation frameworks.
Drive integration of Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce into the healthcare ecosystem.
Leverage knowledge of healthcare EHR systems, particularly Athena, to optimize digital workflows.
Ensure architectures comply with healthcare regulatory standards and security protocols.
Must-Have Skills:
Deep expertise in Salesforce platforms: Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce (mandatory).
Strong experience with EHR systems, Athena preferred.
Proven track record in healthcare enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience designing architecture for application, data, security, integration, and governance domains.
Ability to develop practical and actionable transformation roadmaps.
Strong understanding of platform evaluation and build vs. buy decisions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with healthcare regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
Familiarity with AI and automation platforms is a plus.
Prior exposure to large healthcare transformation programs or consulting environments.
