UX Design Director - CREQ195520
Description
Collaborate with team members to find the appropriate balance of business value, technical complexity, user adoption or influence, and operational costs
Early development of multiple concepts and production of user stories and high level requirements for UX
Creating storyboards, wireframes and/or prototypes using off the shelf tools or light coding as required for user testing depending on the appropriate level of fidelity needed
Organize and conduct a variety of interviews, user tests, usability tests and experiments with end users to further refine your designs
Working with SMEs to write sample content for items for formal field testing
Summarize data and present findings
Work with the product and development team to create minimally viable products to test, learn from customer behavior and feedback, and iterate quickly toward an optimal design
Champion user-centered design principles within the organization, leverage data from user tests, analytics, and A/B tests to drive the design process, and to create experiences that meet user needs (while simultaneously addressing business goals)
Analyze user feedback, user data and social media to understand the effects of your designs and drive product improvements based on findings
Ensure that support materials, such as sample test and tutorial, reasonably address candidate needs
