Title: Product Owner with P&C insurance Exp

Responsible for managing the product backlog. Product backlog items PBIs must be improved and further refined, priorities reassessed, and the backlog must be kept current and up to date.
Responsible for creating user stories to help team members understand the context for each product feature.
Responsible for assessing the development process at various stages to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Solely responsible for the prioritization of the business backlog items.
Facilitate daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints to track the progress of the product development.
Evaluation and acceptance of the deliverables on the level of individual stories, sprints, releases
Effective communication to collaborate with stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams.
Handle the customer impacting events through incident management cycle.
Generate and analyze operations reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain Team Metrics and continuously review OKRs and KPI
Technical background with knowledge of software development and familiarity with API or AI or QA
Hands on Experience with Atlassian Jira.
Team spirit and good communication abilities.
Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development, deployment, testing Functional and Application.
Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
