Create, manage, and report on key milestones that make up the various programs and projects that the division is delivering against
business Management related functions supporting programs/projects Budget & capacity planning
Responsible for all executive management reporting, and the preparation and delivery of all supporting collateral including but not limited to the full maintenance of the project/program in client Project Management Tool
Daily program management and oversite throughout the lifecycle of transformation programs
Focus on the creation and implementation of a robust Project governance (controls) structure for the Issuer Services technology group
Manage the risks and issues of the program and work with the teams to take corrective measurements.
Manage all stakeholderscommunication.
Interact with the PMO group to manage the main program documentations according to Client policies and procedures.
Interact and manage the relationship with the assigned technical lead/ teams to understand critical milestones, deliveries, and releases.
Asses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
