- 12+ Years of experience in IT and at least 10+ experience Pega
- Experience in Pega version 7.x/8.x platform; Experience in older versions is a plus
- In depth experience in architecture and designing Pega based BPM/CRM enterprise solutions
- Hands on experience in integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions
- Expertise in frontend technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)
- experience in leading and owning Project sizing and estimation
- Previous experience in leading a Pega development team
- Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching and motivational skills.
- Provide thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
- Excellent communication with experience liaising with clients
- Banking and Finance experience is preferred
- CSSA is a must and LSA is preferred
Mandatory Skills:
