Responsibilities:

Required Skills: Business Analyst with Risk domain experience had having Java/Oracle background
- Agile Project Implementation, Story /Acceptance criteria refinement, Requirement Elicitation
- Capturing functional requirements and impacts using process flow, use cases , swim lane
- diagrams
- BA review testing, Sprint demo / presentations,
- Preparation of Concept Note, PPR, Business Proposal, BRD, FRS, As-Is, To-Be Process Documents,
- Gap Analysis, Change Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Design of MIS Dashboards catering to various KPIs that are critical from monitoring point of view
- Review technical requirement documents and other project related deliverables, Evaluate
- technical bids, Refine MOUs
- Facilitate requirement gathering and solution demonstration workshops involving end users
- across various Govt. hierarchies
- Design wireframes and UI prototypes for future state business processes; Re-engineer the existing
- processes
- Coordinate with development /integration teams and end users for solution implementation
- Perform functional testing , User Acceptance Testing support
- Java , Oracle background
