Description
- Operation, maintenance, and first level troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical subsystems such as cameras proximity sensors, servos, networking, and safety systems.
- Executing tests and providing detailed feedback to Hardware and Software teams
- Capturing bugs and other data in email, documentation, etc.
- Completing preventative maintenance routines such as battery changes and device calibration
- Supporting production by working in a safe, customer- focused manner
- Routine customer-facing interactions
- Creating and refining documentation and procedures
- Be able to carry 20+lbs and stand for a long period of time
- Test and Identify product weakness
- Following operating instructions and documentation
