Description
Responsibilities:
- Operation maintenance and first level troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical subsystems such as cameras proximity sensors servos networking and safety systems.
- Executing tests and providing detailed feedback to Hardware and Software teams
- Capturing bugs and other data in email, documentation, etc.
- Completing preventative maintenance routines such as battery changes and device calibration
- Supporting production by working in a safe, customer- focused manner
- Routine customer-facing interactions
- Creating and refining documentation and procedures
- Be able to carry 20+lbs and stand for a long period of time
- Test and Identify product weakness
- Following operating instructions and documentation
Qualifications:
- Interest and a drive to learn about technology.
- Ability to accept role for minimum of 1 year.
- Logical problem solving and an aptitude for basic mechanical and electronic troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive in nature and a self-starter
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively, (written and verbally) with peers, management, contractors and vendors
- Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new operating procedures and tools
- Familiarity with basic Linux and knows the basic functionalities of a computer (left/right click, how to screenshot, etc)
- Professional or personal experience with technology
