Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in managing labs or technical environments, preferably with IoT devices.
Strong technical knowledge of Networking, tools, Nest devices and their configurations.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a lab setting.
Experience with hosting machine setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to analyze diagnostic data and logs to identify and resolve device failures. Guide the team in resolving the issues in a timely and efficient way.
Excellent organizational skills for lab management, inventory control, and space optimization.
Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Planning and organizing skills for Lab equipment and Space management
Strong understand of Unix systems (Unix commands) and Networking
Should have working knowledge on Linux systems and should have excellent knowledge in building and setting up complex labs with various devices
Knowledge on various servers and hosting machines
Excellent communication and reporting skills
