Experience in design and deployment automation of Legacy/Monolithic applicationsGood Knowledge of Application Cloud Deployment & hosting.Ability to code and scriptIs fluent in Linux and Window Operating systems and application managementMust have fair amount of knowledge of networking concepts and internet/intranet securityMust be comfortable and able to collaborate with global cross functional groups including security, networking, and program management.Should have a business sense to be able to come up with options to reduce cost and overheads by enhancing the product or use of automation.Experience with the CI/CD software development lifecycle along with the associated tools (GIT, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform Etc).Ability to clearly articulate and develop a solution and delivery demonstrations to a customer.Experience or understanding of SIP or cloud-based UC solutions a plusUnderstanding of LAN/WAN topologies and functionalities and how they relates to Contact center /Unified Communications.Experience or understanding building process for infrastructure as codeHas Kubernetes and Docker knowledgeSharp troubleshooting faculties, deductive reasoning, and careful attention to detail.Independent and self-directed work ethic when participating in a collaborative environment.Strong communication skills both verbal and written skills to develop technical documentationDedicated commitment to service availability and quality user experience.
