WebSphere Cluster Build: Design, build, and maintain high-availability WebSphere clusters to meet the needs of our applications and services.
WebSphere Cluster Configuration: Configure and fine-tune WebSphere clusters to optimize performance and resource utilization.
WebSphere Code Migration: Lead code migration efforts, ensuring seamless transitions between different versions of WebSphere and Java applications.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex issues related to WebSphere and Java application performance, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum availability.
Deployment Automation: Implement and maintain deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Git hub/IDE's, and other relevant tools to streamline application deployment processes.
Scripting: Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate routine tasks and enhance system efficiency.
Unix Administration: Perform Unix system administration tasks, including system monitoring, maintenance, and security enhancements.

Required Skills:
WebSphere: Extensive experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server, including installation, configuration, and administration.
Java: Strong proficiency in Java development and troubleshooting within a WebSphere environment.
Jenkins: Proficiency in Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
GitHub/IDE's: Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub and Integrated Development Environments (IDEs).
