Primary Skills API Gateways

Provide an initial review of the Cloud components of the project to understand the scope of the Cloud work
Generally assess the types of Cloud Patterns that would be used (API Gateway, S3 Buckets, ECS, etc)
Provide a clear understanding of the current Cloud Engagement process and the timelines to expect
Start a tracking page for the project where we can record progress and issues (tracking pages can be found here)
Each project will be provided with a Contact Person that you can reach out to directly to ensure efficient communication
Initial POC Cloud Deployment
Meet with the development team to provide overview of Cloud objects that are planned for use and provide a high level view of how they function
Provide a number of curated documentation pages on the BMO CDK and its use so that your team can learn quickly
Assist in getting your development team to successfully deploy their POC code quickly
Sandbox/TEST Developments (Main Effort)
Respond to any deployment issues, configuration problems and cloud issues with a goal of unblocking the team as quickly as possible
For issues that require a more in-depth review/research we will open a Jira ticket that will be associated with the project so you can track its progress
Transition out of the Sandbox/TEST Environment
