Description
The AI Product Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients and the technical
teams, ensuring that the AI solutions developed meet client needs, ethical standards, and
industry benchmarks. This role is crucial for translating business goals into actionable
technical requirements and overseeing the successful implementation of AI products.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
Understanding Business Goals Engage with clients to thoroughly
understand their business objectives, processes, and challenges. This
involves conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings with key
stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and gain a comprehensive
understanding of client needs.
Research and Evaluation
GenAI Model Metrics Research different metrics and approaches to
evaluate Generative AI (GenAI) models. This includes assessing factors like
hallucination, ethics, safety, and quality to ensure the AI models perform
reliably and ethically.
Ethical Guidelines Investigate and develop guidelines and frameworks for
the ethical aspects of medical large language models (LLMs) and their use
cases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and ethical norms.

The AI Product Manager will ensure the successful delivery of AI solutions that are aligned
with client objectives, ethical standards, and industry benchmarks. By bridging the gap
between business needs and technical execution, the AI Product Manager will play a
pivotal role in driving the success of AI projects
