Below are the required skills for Scrum master role, with Bachelors higher degree, Innovative self-starter with a passion to help team embrace Agile , Collaborative work ethic working in a fast paced environment.

  • 7 years of exp in leading Information Technology projects and delivering large scale IT solutions leveraging Agile or Scaled Agile Framework SAFe.
  • Exp in Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games etc. Certified Scrum Master CSM or Certified Scrum Professional CSP.
  • Exp in coaching Product owners in Product backlog health, prioritization etc. Very strong understanding of the system development life cycle.
  • Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization. Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Pays attention to team needs and pivots their approaches accordingly to support the delivery of business value.
