What you ll be doingThe Pega Lead Decisioning Architect LDA will collaborate with marketing, business, channel, operations and technology application teams to understand the business requirements, user stories, business processes, business rules and data architecture then lead the design, development and configuration of the complete Pega decisioning logic architecture. In this role, you will architect the decisioning logic to execute Verizon s customer centric marketing strategy across channels and customer life cycle stages executing Next Best Action NBA to influence every customer interaction in every channel delivering a more relevant and personalized 1to1 customer experience. You will be responsible for creating and evolving the Enterprise decisioning logic architecture which integrates seamlessly with complex technology landscape consisting of multiple technology stacks and applications.Responsible for design, development and configuration of the core decisioning logic for the Pega real time marketing decisioning platform based on evolving business requirements.Lead the decisioning architecture team.Assess decisioning platform capabilities and create a roadmap for expansion to enable seamless omni channel experience and personalized in context customer interactions.Lead and own the implementation of decisioning logic enhancement roadmap to generate increasing business value applying appropriate industry standards.Design and configure rules, logic, algorithms and flows and assist with the user interface and process flow development.Drive continuous improvement of the decisioning logic including leveraging test learn, champion challenger adaptive modelling capabilities to generate more value and save more customers.Communicate technical concepts, problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Keep accurate record of materials used, expected deliverables, and milestones achieved.Identify and mitigate existing business risk or risks associated with solution architectureWhat we re looking forYou are a hands on, motivated and collaborative leader with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams in customer organizations on all phases of the software development life-cycle. You understand Customer Base Marketing, Campaign Management, Revenue Generation, Churn management, Marketing business rules, Marketing data, Marketing Operations and how to translate business requirements into solutions.You ll need to haveBachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.Six or more years of relevant work experience.Four or more years of Pega Marketing Decisioning end to end implementation experience.Experience as a Pega Lead Decisioning Architect LDA .Even better if you haveA Bachelor s degreeThree or more years of experience working in a Marketing Operations, Decision Management, Campaign Management, Marketing systems, Marketing data or Retention related role.A good understanding of integration with an enterprise multi tier application.Experience working in a fast paced, often changing, and dynamic environment.
