Job description
  • 12+ years of experience to manage a supply chain project which involves migration of business entities.
  • To assist the business stakeholders from the supply chain department to manage the project activities required to deliver by multiple IT teams, eg: oracle, procurement, internal supply chain system, BI tool/reporting on Power BI platform.
  • To coordinate and liaise with internal departmental representatives, subcontractor, suppliers etc on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation
  • To supervise the execution of the projects and ensure that the works are carried in accordance to project scope, timeline and budget
  • To manage the risk and issues that will arise during the execution of the project and propose options to resolve it after aligning with all the project stakeholders ranging from business and IT
  • Ability to communicate effectively to convey project goals, progress and challenge to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understand the project governance by organizing the project steering committee, regular project meeting and conduct review of project WBS to ensure progress is on schedule
  • Hands-on experience with Oil and Gas manufacturing processes preferably that manages the Supply Chain of Electronics Specialty Materials (ESM) and Industrial Merchant (IM) Bulk gases on a regional level.
  • PMP or Prince2 certified and at least 12 years of working experience in IT industry being a seasoned project manager with exposure on various type of IT system that follows the software development life cycle
  • Previous experience managing projects within the Financial and Supply Chain, especially those involving migrations of entities
