The prospective candidate assuming this role would report directly to the Head of Facilities & Sustainability for
Americas, EME & APAC (ROW). The Role entails supporting the ROW Head in the management of procurement and
budgets of teams in 42 locations distributed over 28 countries. This involves planning, tracking, and reporting on
all procurement and budget related activities under the purview of the ROW Heads span of control to ensure
compliance with all internal policies, adherence to published budget and continuous assessment of opportunities to
create efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
1. One or more of the following professional qualifications -CIMA, ICASL, ACCA, CFA.
2. Candidates would be expected to have had a minimum of 3-5 years material experience in management
accounting.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advance knowledge of MS Excel and report generation
4. Experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools would be a plus point.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with regional leads and stakeholders.
6. High attention to detail and ability to track and report on various projects effectively.
7. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
8. Ability to work in a predominantly in-office role, with some hybrid work capacity if required.
