The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic liaison between HR and the business units, ensuring that HR strategies align with business goals. The HRBP provides expert guidance on people matters, including organizational development, talent management, performance, employee engagement, change management, and workforce planning. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive business outcomes through effective people strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
Proven experience in partnering with business leaders and driving HR initiatives aligned with business strategy.
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
Strong business acumen and understanding of financial drivers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Change management and project management experience preferred.
