Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations:

    • Assist in addressing employee inquiries and providing support on HR-related matters.
    • Help facilitate communication between employees and management to ensure a positive work environment.
    • Support the HR team in resolving employee conflicts and handling grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and activities.
  2. Employee Records Management:

    • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
    • Handle HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, employee forms, and amendments.
  3. Compliance & Policies:

    • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
    • Support the HR team in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist in conducting audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  4. HR Projects:

    • Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations.
      • Skills:
        • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
        • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
        • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
        • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
