· 1-2 years of relevant experience in recruitment ( IT recruitment would be definite added advantage

·Responsible for full recruitment life cycle including strategic candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection process and offer development

·Excellent communication skills

·Self – driven, go getter & out of box thinker

·Able to efficiently manage stakeholders and understand their requirements and action it

·Ability to work under pressure situation and deliver

·Good knowledge in analytics (MS Excel)
