Associate Executive - HR
Job Description for Payroll Executive Role
• Support the payroll process of the company by ensuring payroll inputs are uploaded on time to the HRIS
• Ensure payroll records are accurate by conducting appropriate checks and balances
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submissions of payroll inputs in order to facilitate the payroll process
• Ensure HR records pertaining to Senior Leadership are maintained in accordance with the internal processes
• Completion of post-payroll reporting requirements
• Support the Compensation and Benefits team with periodic pay review processes
• Attend and resolve ad hoc payroll queries
Education & Experience
• A degree or degree equivalent professional qualification in Management/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Finance
• Strong numerical ability and a passion to work with numbers
• Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work and collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office applications
• At least one year’s work experience in Finance, Payroll or similar role will be an advantage
