· Full Stack Architect (React.js & Node.js) with 10+ Years Experience
· Define and own the architecture for complex web applications using modern JavaScript technologies
· Establish coding standards, design patterns, and technical best practices across front-end and back-end development
· Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams; conduct code reviews and architectural reviews
· Front-End Architecture (React.js): Design component-based front-end architecture using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6)
· Guide implementation of responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces
· Optimize front-end application performance and lead UI/UX enhancements
· Back-End Architecture (Node.js): Architect robust server-side solutions using Node.js and associated frameworks (Express.js, Koa.js)
· Design and govern RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
· Ensure security, performance, and scalability of server-side components
· Lead data architecture decisions across SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
· DevOps & Integration: Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
· Ensure secure integration of third-party services and external APIs
· 10+ years of full-stack development experience with at least 3 5 years in a technical architect or lead role
· Deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
· Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks)
· Solid experience designing scalable back-end architectures and microservices
· Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
· Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes preferred)
· Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns and deployment strategies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
· Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams
· Strong understanding of security best practices in web application development
