HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE– HR OPERATIONS – SRI LANKA

Job Description

Definition

Working under the supervision of the Human Resource Operations Head in Sri Lanka. This will be a fulltime employment which seek to gain knowledge of the companies’ procedures and expand their work ethic.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain physical personal files & all correspondence of employees and ensure digital copies are uploaded on to the HRIS profile.

Manage documentation for internal and external purposes and support the integrity of our data by running regular audits and reporting internally.

Assist in conducting orientation program and briefing to new joinees.

Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as Onboarding, Offboarding, QMS and Insurance.

Assist in developing best HR strategies, practices, and procedures to support the implementation of effective HR operation methods within the organization.

Handling EPF, ETF registration and claims of employees.

Ensure staff adherence to company HR policies.

Job Requirements

Degree qualification in Human Resource Management/ Business Management.

Minimum 02 years of working experience in a similar capacity.

Excellent communication, administrative skills.

Ability to work efficiently under minimum supervision.

Reporting and analytics skills would be an added advantage.

Computer literate particularly with MS Office package.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to develop & learn new skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work under pressure and efficiently.

Positive & pro-active attitude towards work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Discretion, confidentiality, integrity and professionalism at all times.
