We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Technical Lead with a strong background in .NET Core development to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in guiding our development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of .NET Core projects, and providing technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

· Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to development teams to ensure high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and efficient project delivery.

· Hands-On Development: Demonstrate your expertise by actively participating in the design and development of .NET Core applications.

· Technology Expertise: Utilize your proficiency in .NET 4.7, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, MVC Framework, and WPF to drive technology decisions and solutions.

· Software Development Lifecycle: Bring your expertise in software analysis, development, testing, and debugging to ensure the successful completion of projects.

· Coding Standards: Enforce and advocate for C# coding standards and best practices within the development teams.

· Troubleshooting: Leverage your problem-solving skills and experience to efficiently debug and resolve technical issues.

· CI/CD Pipeline: Oversee and contribute to the use of CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment, ensuring smooth and automated software delivery.

· Version Control: Manage and maintain code repositories in GitLab, promoting version control and collaboration among team members.

· Leadership Skills: Lead and coordinate Scrum teams, fostering a collaborative and agile work environment. Drive the successful execution of projects from initiation to delivery.

· Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with both written and verbal skills to ensure clear and concise information exchange within the team and with clients.

· Client Interaction: Interact with client teams, understand their requirements, and provide effective technical solutions.

· Team Management: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, offering support, mentorship, and guidance as needed to meet project objectives.

Qualifications:

· 5-8 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing .NET Core applications.

· Proficiency in .NET 4.7, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, MVC Framework, and WPF.

· Expertise in software analysis, development, testing, and debugging.

· Strong knowledge of C# coding standards and best practices.

· Proven ability to debug and resolve technical issues effectively.

· Experience in using CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.

· Strong knowledge of GitLab code repositories.

· Leadership experience as a lead, particularly in leading Scrum teams and working in Agile projects.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
