Description
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing
  • 2 or more years of experience testing complex backend batch processing and web UIs.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Agile methodology - Scrum and SAFe experience preferred.
  • 2 or more years of experience working on developing automated test suites leveraging one or more of the tools like Selenium, DevTest, UFT, Cucumber
  • Provide technical guidance on test automation design and development activities and configuration management.
  • Understand the System well and can come up with positive and negative scenarios.
  • Creation and maintenance of end to end automation test scripts
  • Automate test scenarios with Java / Selenium with Cucumber BDD
  • Working experience with Jira
  • Test Scenarios/ Cases creation and maintaining with Practices tool.
  • Creating Test strategy, Test plans, Test Execution Status Reports, and Defect Reports
  • Coordinate defect tracking reporting and resolution
  • Provide recommendations on improving QA methodology and Test environments
  • Provide estimates for QA efforts
  • Develop and update metrics dashboards and keep team aware of potential quality risks
  • Automate the test application which involves - framework designing, script development, script execution
  • Proven experience working as a QA Automation Engineer.
  • Experience in Framework Testing and creating Automation Test Scripts
  • Experience in API automation Testing (REST Assured)
  • Experience in Web Testing
  • Experience in Core java concepts like oops,collecton,file handling etc
  • Having good coding knowledge
  • Advanced programming skills including automation systems and databases.
  • Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and PLSQL
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Maven/Git Experience testing a variety of complex technical components or products.
  • Analyzes data to identify trends in product quality or defects with a goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects.
