Agile & SDLC:
- Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews, ensuring that development cycles meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Manage full SDLC cycles, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support, ensuring optimal integration and functionality of all components.
- Experience:
- 12+ years of software development experience, with 4-7 years in a Java Architect or equivalent role.
- Expertise in Java 8+, J2EE, Spring, Quarkus, and Hibernate.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with REST/gRPC services, microservices architecture, and unit testing with frameworks like Mockito, JUnit, and Cucumber.
- Strong experience with SQL and databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD, and working in SDLC environments, with a focus on exception handling, logging, monitoring, and performance measurement.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) for managing software development cycles.
