We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 to 8 years of BA exposure, experience creating Use Cases and working with JIRA, team lead experience, excellent communication skills, and exposure being a point of contact to clients. The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business analysis and process improvement initiatives, as well as providing guidance and support to the business analysis team. The Lead Business Analyst will be expected to work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure the successful completion of projects. Additionally, the Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that all business analysis processes are followed, and will provide guidance and support to the business analysis team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
