JOB DESCRIPTION
Skill : QE Regulatory
Role : T1/T2
Skills & Responsibilities:
Good hands-on experience working as senior QE working on the core Banking projects
Manual experience with basic knowledge on Automation is good as there will be opportunities to bring automation into the program
Automation skillset is advantageous but not essential as there is lot of appetite to bring automation onboard
Strong Test Management skills with demonstrable experience of delivering to tight deadlines in an agile and Hybrid environment
Manage and report of the project MI to project members and senior stake holders
Management of resource responsibilities to ensure the test plan is tracked and reported against
Demonstrable
Proven track record of architecting, building, and delivering suitable test frameworks.
Good Knowledge on governance around Testing methodology
Previous working experience of testing and coordination within regulatory reporting
Strong experience of regulatory reporting
Hands on experience in authoring Test Strategy, Master Test Plan for Major Programmes and achieve required Sign-off
Experience in giving walk through of Test Artefacts with the senior stakeholders and get sign-off
Experience managing SIT, UAT, NFT phases as part of E2E testing
Experience of building regression test packs using larger volumes of data
Very Importantly candidate with right attitude i. e. working under challenging deadlines, good communication and interpersonal skills with can-do attitude
Team Player but who can work individually when required to meet the strict deadlines
Ability to learn and understand the role and related Industry notifications
Who can hold accountable for all tasks related to testing
Collaboration with the team and be a team player
Who is flexible and committed to ensure all tasks are actioned in a timely manner
Experience running meetings related to testing, and conduct workshops, produce minutes, ensure minute actions are addressed
Strong experience on handling various test management tools like JIRA/ALM.
One who can confidently run the test results through the business stakeholders and achieve the required sign-off
Knowledge of Interest Rate Derivative products or any other derivative products is essential
Demonstrable experience of coordinating with multiple business lines to deliver testing programmes
Good to have experience working on the Trade booking systems such as Summit, Murex and Ap.
