Proficiency in architecting/ designing and developing enterprise software systems and products
Proficiency in software development lifecycles and process
Experience in project estimation techniques, architecture and design patterns and performance engineering
Lead the review process design and code
Perform software version control and maintain periodic compilation schedule.
Participate in the system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into valid software deisgn.
Drive teams and ensure the overall integrity of the software design and validate it against the system architecure specification.
Actively participate in business value assessment and business requirements elaboration phases
Actively participate in the requirements, design and construction phases; to lead to successful delivery of the project
Assist with planning and execution of project phases
Actively participate in the class structure design and reusable rulesets design
Facilitate knowledge transfer of PRPC functionality and other frameworks / application functionality knowledge
Complete work as per schedule. Provide proactive update to Engagement Leader if timelines or effort estimate are at risk.
Provides regular updates to Engagement Leader on project progress and pending issues.
Monitor the key result areas and metrics on the project
