Description

Responsibilities
1. Provide Level 2 application support for the customer
2. Investigate and resolve wholesale-billing customer issues (Provision, Billing, and rating issues)
3.Complete all the allocated tickets daily basis.
4.Clear the system transaction errors and open orders
5.Ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs
6.Work according to a roster including weekend and public holidays
7.Provide 24/7 on-call support
Experience
1.2+ years of Industry experience
2.Hands on experience on ticketing systems
3.Hands on experience on Shell scripting
4.Hands on experience on Linux/Unix
5.Hands on experience on SQL scripting
6.ITIL Experience
Qualifications
1.Degree or equivalent in IT related field is preferred
Desired Skills
1.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
2.Customer support and customer satisfaction experience required.
3.Good verbal, written skills and interpersonal skills. Presents information effectively.
4.Good working knowledge of customer requirements.
