Description3+ years of IT support experience in a medium to large enterprise environment. Experience with Microsoft Office is a must. Excellent communication skills with ability to converse fluently with US callers. Experience in a Microsoft O365/windows environment. This position requires to work in shifts, shifts would be round the clock with preference to US CST time zone. Experience with AS400 support will be given higher preference. Experience working with an ITSM software required (ServiceNow preferred). Some experience supporting IOS/Apple devices will be helpful Primary role will be level 1 helpdesk staffing which is call handling, ticket triage and monitoring. Addresses and resolves incidents and requests; logs all incidents and requests; engages other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility. Analyzes and resolves incidents and requests regarding use of application software or hardware. Logs and tracks incidents and requests from identification through resolution.
