Business Analyst - (CREQ127931)

Description

1. 5+ years of experience with Mobile Application development teams
2. Experience working with Customer Facing Digital Channels and/or Insurance Domain
3.Experience working with modern technology such as web service, xml, json, iOS and Android platform features
4.Required to be familiar with mobile functionality and to continually build knowledge base with every enhancement/change that occurs
5.Ability to explain at a high level the current mobile architecture and service interactions
6.Define and track key performance indicators for Mobile Apps and Omni-channel products
7.Collaborate with cross-functional areas (IT, Design, UX, Merchandising, Finance, Marketing) and third-party vendors throughout project definition and execution
8.Stay abreast of the rapidly evolving mobile space & best practices within product area, especially competitor offerings
9.Leverage analytics to form and share data-driven insights
