1. 6+ years of experience doing system analysis of complex and sometimes legacy systems
2. Familiarity with financial and preferably insurance industry

8.Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoff between usability and performance needs.
9.Elicit and document of functional requirements including but not limited to usability, maintainability, & reliability.
10.Elicit requirements using interviews, customer documents, workshops, surveys, analysis, and any other business analysis techniques for both new and existing processes and procedures.
11.Document current and future process flows, as well as business architecture documents using industry standard modeling techniques
12.Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates using natural language.
13.Create and implement requirements management plan and approach, including identification of stakeholders, decomposition of the project scope into manageable units.
