Designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform for evolving business requirements, workflows, maintaining user roles and customer-facing interfaces.
Developing Apex (classes and triggers), Batch Class, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages to extend Salesforce to support business requirements.
Taking ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
Troubleshooting applications errors and fixing bugs.
Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
Having experience in creating/customising and deploying custom objects, user interface development in Salesforce and salesforce enhancements. Customised calendar module.
Having experience in using customer object based functions in Salesforce. Lead and opportunities related knowledge is required for future implementations.
Having experience in implementing salesforce applications for different countries in the same environment by using separate organisation segregation for each country.
Competent in HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based web services.
Designing and developing advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce (Service Cloud) and Force.
Using Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization. Able to integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce Service Cloud. Knowledge of automated integration required for data synchronisation across systems.
Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement, calendars etc. in Salesforce
Adhere to Salesforce best practices, best practices defined by the organization, maintain code documentation, write / maintain test classes, and testing for all custom development.
Possess at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Having very good communication skills and able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members.
