Role / Tier: 3
Key responsibility:
Candidate should have min. 2 to 3 years experience Should have application production support ( L1/L2) Should have the knowledge on SQL commands, Should have the experience on Unix, Windows, Service-Now. Troubleshoot and resole the incidents, issues within SLA. Should know the escalation process of L1 area. Should be ready to work in shifts 24x7 ( Nights and Weekends as well) Banking domain would be an advantage
