Key responsibility:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
Certification in PMP is required
Successful track record of complex Process Automation projects, deliveries within the Telco industry
Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Thorough understanding of project program management techniques and methods. Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office working knowledge of program project management software is a strong advantage
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Strategic planning
Dealing with complexity, analyzing information, and implementing Program vision
Excellent communication skills
The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
