Should able to work with internal teams to design, develop, test and maintain software.
Should able to configure existing systems and provide user support.
Coordinate with other teams in the absence of onsite team regarding any clarifications or issues
Ready to learn and hands-on on Citis deployment automation tools
Ready to work/co-ordinate with multiple support teams
Understanding of SDLC methodologies
Troubleshooting Skill
Knowledge of MS-SQL will be preferable
