Over 10 years of IT experience, minimum 5 years experience in leading architecture and design
Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom domain with familiarity with different Telco CSP domains, such as Network, Consumer, Enterprise, Service Delivery Operations, also Telco products and services, etc.
Experienced on IPA Tool. Certification in multiple BPM RPA tools will be an added advantage
Architecting enterprise level automation involving multiple systems, sub systems and ERPs
Extensive knowledge of Telecom Systems architecture and Process Automation, best practices and standards such as TMF Business Process Framework and application Framework, ITIL, etc.
Experience front ending client facing discussions
Rich experience with programming (preferable in Java / .NET (C, VB, etc.)/ VBA / HTML/ SQL)
Good knowledge on SOA, two-tier, three tier Architecture deployment
Hands-on experience in designing high level technical solutions
Has experience in providing technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement, from definition phase through to implementation.
Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills
Exposure to SAP, Oracle or other industry standard ERP is preferred.
Strong communication skills, Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Strong leadership skills and Team management experience.
