Description

Familiar with Siebel Service modules especially Siebel Call Center, eService and Partner Portal applications
Familiar with working on multi-lingual applications being operated from multiple geo locations.
Able to understand complex Siebel applications, business requirements and provide solution.
Provide technology design, development expertise and consultation
Promote use of innovative new technology and best practices for solution development initiatives
Identifies key application design patterns and standard application frameworks
Clearly describe low level solution approach, fine-grained components to be developed in order to meet business needs.
