Unix Production Support - (CREQ140477)

Description

Strong in Unix, should have Production support background. Knowledge of JIRA and other Support tools like ServiceNow.
Lead/conduct daily meetings. Handle Shift schedules. Plan for handover. Control mailbox and ensure completion of all tickets and activities in the shift.
Work with Management on reporting and adhoc activities.
