As a part of L3-Support, responsible to monitor the jobs in CA Workload Automation, respond according to the performance of the job and scheduling the jobs through AutoSys.
Responsible for troubleshooting application/server/system issues as escalated by GPA/Support groups.
Maintained control on Configuration Management, Defect & Issue Management and Change management for project deliverables.
Providing User Support for GUI and functional queries.
Involved in representation of Client issues on triage meetings.
Co-ordinate with Upstream and downstream systems on the data issues and resolving them.
Provided steps for Disaster recovery planning, created One Toch COB scripts, test co-ordination and recovery execution.
Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) and post-mortems of the issues.
Responsible for configuration management.
Technical assistance to team in analysis, development, creation of test cases and reviews before delivering to business.
Involved in optimizing SQL queries for better performance and generate the user reports.
Involved in writing technical code as per the requirement to fix the issues and coordinated with Dev team for verifications.
Involved in liaising and managing relationships with other teams including data center and bridge way.
Ensuring capacity and availability tracking, reporting, planning and implementation.
Providing focused knowledge and support of integrated vendor solutions.
Defining additional monitoring alerts in order to notify of problems, incidents or SLA breaches.
Creating and updating Production Support documentation (such as run book and knowledge database).
Performing application availability check after OS/DB upgrades.
Sending requests for file configuration and settings changes regarding the different app and web servers on which the application is hosted to the appropriate Client support organization.
Involved in code analysis, bug identification, fixes, and coordination for deployment.
Involved in fix verification after deployment.
Responsible for implementation, release planning and coordination with Level 2/3 for execution.
Analyzing and coordinating resolutions with vendors (Oracle, MQ and TIBCO).
Responsible for system and application performance analysis, co-ordination, and remediation.
Identifying automation areas for repetitive activities and proposal for performance improvement, if any.
Performing file configuration and settings changes regarding the different app and web servers on which the application is hosted.
Maintenance of SSL certificate renewals
