JOB DESCRIPTION

Skill: SRE DevOps Engineer

Role / Tier: Senior Consultant-Technology/ Tier 2

About the role :

Must have

  • Build and Deployment (CICD) expertise - Parallel deployment, Rollback strategy, Security tools integration, Multi-branch deployments
  • Monitoring - Splunk, AppDynamics (or any other APM tools). Experience in measuring and optimizing system performance.
  • Production / Incident management for customer facing applications. Troubleshoot issues with production system, perform root cause analysis.
  • AWS expertise
  • Containerization technologies (Kubernetes , Docker) - Good knowledge of architecture, various object, end-to-end working solution, deployments, monitoring
  • Sound knowledge of OS (Linux preferably) and designing cloud infrastructure

Good to Have

  • Build and Deployment (CICD) - Deployment strategy Blue green , Canary
  • Monitoring - AppDynamics , Wavefront etc.
  • Kubernetes - Service Mesh
  • Programming knowledge (Python/JAVA)
